Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time. To manage your subscription, click the “Subscriptions” link at the top of our website and log into your customer portal.

We send at least one billing reminder before each renewal charge.

If you need assistance, please email info@olivadorado.com and we will help you update or cancel your subscription.

Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
