I wanted to find olive oil I could actually trust. That turned out to be harder than it should have been.

The labels looked convincing, but I could not clearly trace where it came from, how it was made, or whether it actually had the polyphenols and health benefits olive oil is supposed to provide. So I started asking questions, tasting relentlessly, and learning what truly separates exceptional olive oil from what simply looks good on a shelf.

That search led me to a small, family-owned organic farm in Zaragoza, Spain. Today, every bottle of Oliva Dorado comes from that same single farm. We work directly with the family behind it, overseeing harvest timing, production, and testing so you know exactly what you are bringing into your kitchen.
