Oliva Dorado is a lighter olive oil which provides a fruity and buttery taste, with a slightly peppery finish. This olive oil has a very fresh and fruity aroma that contains hints of green apple, banana, and almond.
It is an ideal everyday oil to use for dipping and drizzling, in salad dressings and marinades, and for sautéing, roasting, and baking.

We produce Oliva Dorado in the beautiful region of Zaragoza, Spain – a land known for its centuries-long tradition of producing some of the best olive oil in the world.
We work tirelessly to produce the highest quality extra virgin olive oil, without ever cutting any corners. The olives are farmed, harvested, cold-pressed, and bottled at the farm, allowing us to provide one of the few organic olive oils with total traceability on the market.
Our farm is organic certified and focuses on small-batch production, which allows us to control quality and guarantee transparency. Our mill is conveniently located in the olive grove, allowing the olives to be processed within 3 hours of harvesting, ensuring the olives do not oxidize or lose flavor.
Every step of the production process is carried out with the utmost care, from planting and caring for the trees, to harvesting and pressing the olives, to bottling and packaging the final product. The result is a pure, natural, and incredibly flavorful extra virgin olive oil that we are proud to offer to our customers.
