The Olive Grove
We are proud to partner with a family-owned farm located in the beautiful region of Zaragoza, Spain – a land known for its centuries-long tradition of producing some of the best olive oil in the world.
Spain is known for being the largest olive oil producer in the world. However, most of production comes from Southern Spain in Jaén. Oliva Dorado comes from Northern Spain, an area with a milder climate, which results in an exceptional extra virgin olive oil. Our partner farm is one of the many exceptional olive oil producers in the region, and their commitment to quality and authenticity aligns perfectly with our own values.
For decades, this family-owned farm has worked tirelessly to produce the highest quality extra virgin olive oil, without ever cutting any corners. The olives are grown on the grove, pressed at the grove, and bottled at the grove, providing one of the few organic olive oils with total traceability on the market.
The farm is the ideal size. It is limited enough to be able to control quality and practice organic farming, while big enough to have a convenient production capacity to distribute efficiently so that the rest of the world can taste something truly special. The mill is centrally located in the olive grove, allowing the olives to be processed within 3 hours after harvesting, ensuring the olives do not oxidize or lose flavor.
At the farm, every step of the production process is carried out with the utmost care, from planting and caring for the trees, to harvesting and pressing the olives, to bottling and packaging the final product. The result is a pure, natural, and incredibly flavorful extra virgin olive oil that we are proud to offer to our customers.
